After many hours of searching for a warehouse package that would suit our specific needs, I became quite frustrated as all the warehouse packages were not actually what we wanted and they proved to be very expensive.

He made a point of really getting to know what our company was all about. Simon went through all aspects of the system with us in great detail, in fact he ended up suggesting as much of the specification as we did! When the package was ready nothing was too much trouble for Simon - any minor changes we wanted were carried out quickly and efficiently. Our system was implemented over two phases and through all of it Simon was always at the end of a telephone to help if we needed it.
